IMT Cherry Creek

I've lived here for a month, and so far it's been fantastic! Any issue we've had has been resolved within 24 hours--all of the staff acts with urgency and are so kind! We toured with Kimberly initially, and she's followed up with us along the way to make sure we're taken care of. Thanks so much, Kim, for helping us feel right at home!

Living at IMT Cherry Creek this past year has been very pleasant! My girlfriend and I shared a 2-bed/2-bath apartment. Through out our year in the apartment we were met with timely maintenance when needed. Bart is great and it always there to help out when something needs to be fixed. Unlike previous apartments we have lived in, the grounds are always picked up. This made taking our dogs out much more enjoyable, since we did not have to worry about stepping in dog dropping that were not picked up. The amenities are nice, the best part was having the ability to choose between 2 pools, grills, and gyms. Most communal grills are not fun to cook on because they are left dirty, but we always arrived to clean grills every time we wanted to BBQ. If you are looking for a cute apartment in a great area I would recommend you look into IMT Cherry Creek and ask for Kim. She is the best at helping out with any questions you may have and always greets you with a big smile!

Maintenance team is great. They’re so friendly and helpful. Knocked 2 stars for leasing/management. They are off putting and lazy. They never smile or wave when you see them in the community and always look like they’re miserable. But according to them, they strive for “6 star customer service.” Laughable. The first 2 years we lived here, we had zero complaints. If you were to ask me then, I would have said it was a fantastic place to live. However, they must have changed management/staff because that is not the case anymore. The communication now is poor. When things go wrong in the community, they wait multiple days before giving any sort of update. We’ve had several issues inside our unit in the past year, including a life threatening situation with our heater and had to follow up multiple times before any of the issues were properly resolved. So overall, a great location with a friendly maintenance team, but the last year at IMT has proven your leasing staff can really make or break your living experience.

Andrea was incredible throughout the moving process. She is a sweetheart. The staff is very responsive and kind. I love my home! It’s a beautiful townhome. I’m beyond impressed with this place.. they are extremely communicative and proactive. Service staff is also very quick to respond and act on tickets. Keep doing what you are all doing! Thank you!!
